1. Agreement Term
- This agreement is valid for one (1) year from the activation date.
- The subscription is time-based, not usage-based.
2. Subscription & Services
- The client subscribes to Wezaads digital services for restaurant operations.
- Included services are limited to the selected package only.
3. Support Coverage
- Server / Technical Support: 6 months from activation date.
- Physical / On-site Support: 6 months from activation date.
- After 6 months, any support will be chargeable unless renewed.
4. Server Access & Expiry
- At the end of the subscription period, server access will be automatically suspended.
- All services will remain inactive until renewal payment is completed.
- Data retention after expiry is not guaranteed.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
- All payments made to Wezaads FZC LLC are strictly non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for partial usage, downtime, or early termination.
6. Client Responsibilities
- The restaurant is responsible for providing accurate content, prices, and data.
- Wezaads is not responsible for incorrect menu, pricing, or customer disputes.
7. Service Limitations
- Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
- Uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.
8. Misuse & Termination
- Any misuse, illegal activity, or violation of this agreement may result in immediate service termination.
- No refund or compensation will be provided in such cases.
9. Modifications
- Wezaads reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
10. Acceptance
- By submitting this form, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated above.
